There are a lot of people that save a trip to Hawaii for something special. Once they get there, they often wonder why it took them so long to get there in the first place. Whether you choose to ride a bike or a horse, the sites at sunrise are truly something to behold. If you have the legs for it, head up one of the mountains and enjoy a sunrise that will be embedded in your memory forever.

Most resorts will have an island Luau for their guests and whatever you do, make sure you get back in time for this feast at least once during your stay. It may be tough to peel yourself away from one of the many adventures that you are enjoying, but watching the dancers and feasting on true Polynesian delicacies is worth the sacrifice.

If you are a golfer, bribe her with a shopping trip and make sure that you hit the links at least once during your trip. If you have to sneak out at 6am and be the first off the tee and bring her back breakfast in bed, it will be a small price to get a round in on one of the many golf courses of Hawaii. You haven’t played golf until you have teed off and had to hit a shot over the Pacific Ocean.
